At Dr. Bones, we are a small, dedicated team that handles shipping and returns manually to ensure that each order receives personal care and attention. SHIPPING POLICY 

Processing Times:
Since we manage shipping manually, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Orders are packed with care to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping:
We ship throughout the United States using standard shipping carriers. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but you can generally expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after it has shipped.

International Shipping:
We do offer international shipping. However, please note that shipping times may vary significantly based on your country’s customs process. The customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with international orders.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart. Please note that due to our small-scale operations, we do not offer free shipping at this time.

Delays or Issues:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Because Dr. Bones offers specialty products, many of which are for personal or intimate use, we have certain guidelines around returns and exchanges.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, most of our products (especially those that have been opened or used) cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:

  • Herbal products

  • Body care items (like lubes, salves, etc.)

  • Any opened or partially used items

We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure the product is right for you.

 

Refunds for Allergic Reactions:

If you experience an allergic reaction after using one of our products, please contact us immediately. In this case, we will issue a refund or offer an exchange for the product, provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may ask for proof of the reaction or further details to ensure that we can address the issue properly.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund. In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping for any damaged or incorrect items.
